Anti-Human ERBB2 Recombinant Antibody (TAB-053) (CAT#: TAB-053)
Recombinant monoclonal antibody to ERBB2. It is a monoclonal antibody. The first of its class in a line of agents called "HER dimerization inhibitors". By binding to HER2, it inhibits the dimerization of HER2 with other HER receptors, which is hypothesized to result in slowed tumor growth.

Captured TAB-053 on CM5 Chip via Anti-Human IgG (Fc) can bind Human ERBB2 protein with an affinity constant of 1.88 nM as determined in a SPR assay (Biacore 8K).
